CHILD DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT

“For the parents figuring it out.”

Real support for real families—practical tools, zero judgment, and someone in your corner.

"Kinder Co. PNW is built on a simple belief: kind-er approaches make things better, for kids, and for the parents and caregivers raising them."

No judgment about where you've been or where you're starting. No jargon that makes you feel behind. Just honest, evidence-informed strategies from someone who's spent nearly 15 years studying and working with children and families, and who genuinely believes you're already doing better than you think.

I started this accidentally.
Turns out that's the best way to start a business.

It started in a backyard, raking leaves and chatting with a group of moms about their potty training tribulations. I began offering some tips and that turned into my very first workshop. Turns out there's a real gap between clinical expertise and everyday family life, and I somehow ended up right in the middle of it.

I have the degrees and the background. But what I hear most from parents isn't about any of that. It's that I'm the first person who made them feel like they weren't being judged. That matters more to me than any credential.

I'm not here to tell you how to parent. I'm here to help you find what works—for your kids, your family, your real life.
